“2nd Wednesday fine weather for the season I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 sick with the rheumatism & a cold John Wallace wife had a child born some time this week.
“3rd Thursday fine mild weather for Dec. I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism & a cold etc Joseph Lehmans wife had a son born today.
“4th Friday fine thawey muddy weather I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism.
“5th Saturday fine thawey muddy weather I did my choars closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism & a cold Joseph carried his mother up.
“6th Sunday A fine mild thawey muddy day I did my choars was at the house all day except going to the farm etc I choared round some & went to bed about 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism.
“7th Monday fine weather for the season roads rough & no snow on the ground I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 Edward Mulnix & Eliza Perry went to Chicago today.
“8th Tuesday fine mild winter weather for the season I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism etc.”
