“23rd Wednesday fine weather for the season I did my choars was round the office all day a choaring round closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick [in margin] Emma Anesworth was about sick.
“24th Thursday A fine cool day I did my choars was round the office all day a choaring, closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick, it is Thanksgiving day, Thatcher & Emma Bean were married today, Cromer & Miss Finch were married today.
“25th Friday A fine cool day I did my choars was at the office all day a choaring, round closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick & worne out.
“26th Saturday A fine pleasant day I did my choars was round the office all day a choaring closed up at 8 & went to bed about 10 tiard & nearly sick.
“27th Sunday Amost beautiful day & quite warme I did my choars & was round all day and went to bed about 9, nearly sick Mrs Anesworth went to Pelhams.
“28th Monday A fine pleasant day & evening I did my choars was at the office all a choaring round cloased up at 8 ½ & went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick & worne out.
“29th Tuesday fine weather for the season & warme I did my choars was at the office all day a choaring round, closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 tiard & nearly sick & worne out.”
