Ivan and his father and twin brother called Warrenville home from 1924 until his father's death in 1957, occupying the Albright Art Studio & Gallery in the Albright Building that now houses the Warrenville Museum. Ivan was known for his very unique style that often shocked viewers. Many of his foundational paintings were created in Warrenville using local models who were much changed by his artist brush.
