“6th Wednesday A cold winter day I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with a cold.
“7th Thursday fine cool winter weather I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with a cold.
“8th Friday A snowey cool day & a cold night & the wind blew hard I did my choars was round office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with a cold & rheumatism Sebe French had a party tonight Clark French & his wife was there & had their infair, Jud Graves, Ed Mulnix etc there.
“9th Saturday A verry cold morning I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 sick with the rheumatism & cold the thurmometer was 26 degrees below zero this morning May Connells spark came out tonight.
“10th Sunday A cold morning but more pleasant during the day I did my choars was at home all day & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism Patrick Barret wife had a son born last night or this morning.
“11th Monday pretty cool winter weather I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick.
“12th Tuesday fine snug winter I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 sick with the rheumatism.”
