16th Wednesday  fine winter weather verry dry  I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with a cold & the rheumatism.

17th Thursday  fine weather for the season but dry  I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 nearly sick.

18th Friday  fine weather but some cloudy & dry  I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 and went to bed at 9 nearly sick with a cold etc  Dance at Perrys tonight.

19th Saturday  fine winter weather for the season  I did my choars was at the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 nearly sick etc.

20th Sunday  fine weather for December but dry  I did my choars was at the house the most of the day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with a cold etc.

21st Monday  fine weather for winter but dry  I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed about 9 nearly sick with a cold etc  Mrs Laura Lewis started for the Shakers.

22nd Tuesday  fine dry winter weather  I did my choars was round the office all day closed up at 8 & went to bed at 9 nearly sick with the rheumatism  Edward Mulnix & Eliza Perry came back from Chicago today after being gone over a week.”
